Once again I've been on hold with @chase for an hour trying to fix a problem they told me would happen (booked car with points, card was charged anyway, need card refunded). This has taken HOURS I should definitely spend doing OTHER THINGS besides RAGING with FRUSTRATION.

@warpling @Chase @HSBC_FR in France notified me... a few weeks ago that they decided to close an account for me in March ... after confirming with the bank manager in May that I was fine and physically visiting in June to reconfirm.Genuinely shocked at the service.
